Huge Milestone in Pipe Breaks
It toils away - counting the amount of money municipalities spend on repairing watermain breaks since the beginning of January six years ago.  The watermain break clock hit a major milestone this month, cracking the five billion dollar mark.  A stack of five billion loonies would be over 10 thousand kilometers high.
